Why Van life?!
Well, it all begun with a thought, an idea, a wild dream, or so we thought! we decided to take full control of our lives and make our dreams a reality! We chose to take the path less followed and choose happiness over conventional. We want to enjoy the freedom, travels, adventures, money savings that all come with living in a van. now we know it’s not all rainbows and sunshine, although it would be nice if it was, but we’re prepared as prepared can be for what else is to come from this wild amazing journey!

although we have no idea what we are doing…we are self converting “coco” into our very own tiny home on wheels. We hope to make it the perfect home for our little family! Join us a we learn how to build out our van step by step, but remember that we’re amateurs, or as we’d like to call ourselves “YouTube Graduates.” we will be sharing everything that we have learned with you plus all the do's and don't’s of a van build. We can't wait to continue to share our van build, travels, adventures, and all of our new van life experiences with you!
We hope to inspire you to choose your own path! travel to that new place, get on your first plane, buy that van, purchase that one way ticket, or even travel the world!
We’ve always been in love with travel yet we did not do it as often but we would like to travel as much as possible. so we thought to ourselves, what is holding us back? a job. Family.our apartment? No. It was us, ourselves. most of the time we choose to do other things with our money instead of travel which is unfortunate but not regretted because everything truly happens for a reason. Now let’s not dwell on the past instead lets plan for the future and live in the present! So what we did decided to do is prioritize ourselves and prioritize travel! We are no longer going to allow ourselves to hold us back any longer, we can and will travel more. that is how we decided on this van life journey! we thought to ourselves, why not start in our own backyard and travel the United States.so our goal is to see all 50 states in a year or however long it may take us to do so as long as we love it and enjoy it!
-Six Months on the road-
We can’t believe it has been 6 whole months already since we moved out of our apartment and into our van full-time! It is crazy to see our dream become a reality but we absolutely love it! There has been many challenges such as; adapting to a small space, keeping our home organized, figuring out where to sleep at night or finding places to fill our water but in the end we have found out our ways that work for us and love every part of our van journey!
